The Use of Bioindicators in Assessment of Ecosystems in Flooded Areas
Original language description
HRGC/ECD method was used to determine the concentrations of indicator congeners PCB in ecosystem samples. Hydrosphere is most commonly used for theevaluation of the use of bioindicators in monitoring the PCB contamination of the ecosystem. The response of fish to PCB contamination in water environment is varied, the transfer from the hydrosophere into the fish tissue depends, to a great extent, on the fish species.
