Changes of heart rate variability and baroreflex sensitivity in patients soon after ortotopic heart transplantation
Original language description
The aim of the study was to evaluace the changes of heart rate variability and baroreflex sensitivity in patiens soon after orthotopic heart transplantation in comparison with a group of healthy volunteers. The established significant decrease in the spectral output in low-frequency and high-frequency spectral band in the eveluation of heart rate variability, as well as the decrease in the value of baroreflex sensitivity proves the komplete heart denervation in orthotopic transplantation leads to the los sof the share of autonimic nerves in influencing the natural heart rate variability is controlling the hearts in patiens after orthotopic transplantation.
