Original language description
The aim of the study was to evaluate the changes of heart rate variability (HRV), systolic blood pressure variability (SBPV) and baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) during rest and tilting with paced breathing in young and elderly healthy volunteers. Tilting cause significant decrease of BRS in both groups with 6 breaths/min. HRV is lower during tilt and SBPV is higher during tilt.
