The antiarrhythmic effect of a newly synthesized compound 44Bu, from the group of ultrashort acting beta-adrenolytics, was tested on the model of aconitine-induced arrhythmia. The experiment was performed in vivo with male Wistar laboratory rats. The time of onset of particular types of arrhythmias and the change of the frequency of occurence of these arrhythmias were monitored in placebo and treated groups
