  • Original language description

The multiple-bond character of the C - C bond connecting the pyridine and benzoxazole ring systems results in an overall planarity of the central aromatic part of the title compound, C20H24N2O. The crystal structure is stabilized by inter-molecular C - HN close contacts, linking mol-ecules into layers.

    5,7-Di-terc-butyl-2-(2-pyridin-2-yl)benz[d]oxazol

  • Czech description

Skutečnost, že vazba C-C spojující pyridinový a benzoxazolový cyklus má charakter vazby násobné, způsobuje celkovou planaritu centrální aromatické části titulní sloučeniny C20H24N2O. Krystalová struktura je stabilizována intermolekulárními těsnými kontakty C-H---N, spojujícím molekuly do vrstev.
