Frequency of representative single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with inflammatory bowel disease in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic
Original language description
Aim of this work was to investigate the prevalence of polymorphisms in NOD2, ICAM-1 and CCR5 genes in Czech and Slovak patients with IBD in comparison with healthy controls. We confirmed that both CD and UC are polygenic diseases with a gene-dosage effect.
Czech name
Frekvence vybraných jednonukleotidových polymorfismů asociovaných se zánětlivým střevním onemocněním v České a Slovenské republice
