  • Original language description

    A detailed interaction study of chitosan nanotransporter, zinc ions and TPP has been performed. The Zn2+ concentration shows the strong effect on crosslinking and coiling of CS NPs with the result of better nanoparticle stabilization confirmed by ninhydrin assay and electrochemical determination. The entrapment efficiency for doxorubicin of designed CS NPs was 20%.
