  • Original language description

    The mixtures of quartz sands with various granularities were bonded by geopolymer. The influences of filler granularity and binder content on appearance, physical properties and frost resistance were investigated. The filler content strongly affected theappearance of synthetic sandstones and their physical properties. The impact of different filler granularity was not significant. Synthetic sandstones showed appearance and physical properties similar to natural sandstones.
