Zeolite supported palladium catalysts for hydroalkylation of phenolic model compounds
Original language description
Bifunctional catalysts with zeolite supports were applied in phenol hydroalkylation. Conversion of phenol correlated with the amount of accessible acid sites. Total conversions were obtained for Beta and MCM-36/56 materials. The highest selectivity to target product (57%) were obtained over Pd/Beta.
