Doctoral study "Theory of teaching of technical courses (Engineering education)" has been running for two years In the Czech republic now as the accreditation commission of the government of the Czech republic approved it in March 2000. The new programmebelongs to the field of "Specialization in education (7507V)". and has been opened at the University of Hradec Kralove (Faculty of Education) in Hradec Králové in cooperation with the Czech Technical University in Prague and with participation of lecturers from other institutes of higher education both in the Czech republic (Technical University of Brno, Technical University of Ostrava, University of Olomouc, University of the South Bohemia, Technical faculty of The Agricultural University in Prague) and Slovakia (Universities of Nitra, Banska Bystrica and Trnava).
