    Femtosecond Dynamics in the Anisotropy of Emission in Ring Molecular Systems

    Ring molecular systems of 18 pigments resembling the B850 ring of bacteriochlorophylls within the LH2 units of the purple bacterium Rhodopseudomonas acidophila are studied. Using the reduced density matrix formalism femtosecond dynamics in the anisotropyof emission has been calculated. In contrast to the work of Kumble and Hochstrasser we took the static disorder (in site energies) as well as the dynamic disorder (interaction with phonon bath).

    Jsou studovány prstencové molekulární systémy s osmnácti pigmenty, připomínající řetězec B850 bakteriochlorofila uvnitř jednotky LH2 růžové bakterie Rhodopseudomonas. Použitím formalismu matic redukované hustoty byla vypočítána femtosekundová dynamika vemisní anizotropii. Na rozdíl od prací Kumbleho a Hochstrassera zaznamenáváme statickou a dynamickou neuspořádanost
