The paper gives information on methods applied for the research of implicit theories on normality from the viewpoint of their information potential. The aims of the whole research (research project GA406/07/1397) are: exploration of the implicit theorieson normality in the workers in the area of helping professions, structure analysis of the implicit theories on normality, revealing and analysis of the key descriptors for normality judging. Methods: one way association, free response test on given topic, repertory grid test and method of focus interview.
