Original language description
Stuttering is a common serious communicative disability, with the causes, symptoms, and therapy of manifestations of balbuties being still discussed. The article employs the analysis of a case study of long-term therapeutic process in a boy with coexisting multiple causes of the development of chronically persisting stuttering to introduce the problem of causes of fluency speech disorder and concerted interdisciplinary action in this area. Part of the case study in also an attempt to describe the relationship between therapeutic intervention in balbuties and procedures to stimulate the development of speech abilities and articulation.
