Original language description
The paper discovers the development of teachers’ creativity in kindergartens and compares results of creativity at selected groups. The goal of the research is to find development of creative thinking at kindergarten teachers, who apply their creative methods intensively and methods of creative drama in education and to compare it with educators who do not use creative methods. Research brings a qualitative comparative survey where Torrance test of creative thinking for kindergarten educators had been used. Obtained data from the measurement has been processed with the help of descriptive methods and correlations and compared with experimental and control groups of educators. Research study shows significant results in kindergarten teachers’ development of creativity based on the creative thinking test.
