Original language description
A number of recent information technologies have been developed recently, which, as being in a well defined sense ?intelligent? could be of substantial help to computer amateurs, specialists in various non-computer areas. We are strongly convinced that their utilisation can be beneficial in the field of public administration in providing an opportunity of creating ?artificial intelligent assistants? to public administrators, helping them in fulfilling various complicated and sometimes tedious tasks. This is especially important in the view of recent process in which Czech public administration has to undertake a lot of changes in order to be compatible with the European Communities.
