Original language description

The objective of the paper is to investigate possibilities and approaches for designing and implementing a knowledge-based system aiming at a complex knowledge and information support of students (and possibly also of a teacher) in a university environment. Such a system, implemented also on a basis of recent mobile communication technologies enabling ubiquitous connection of a type "any time any place" would be able to extend the university students' capabilities substantially in many ways, and using it, they will have an instant and com-fortable access to knowledge and/or information helping them to survive smoothly their studies and administration related to that.
