At present a big concern is devoted to the problems of effective use of mobile technologies in the area of m-business, m-commerce and other areas. It is important to study carefully the relation and synergy between management area and mobile technologiesso that business processes (mainly) could be supported efficiently. In the paper we discuss basic approaches to Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) ? web services and their use in mobile devices.

V současnosti je velká pozornost v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií věnována efektivnosti využití mobilních přístupů v oblastech m-business, m-commerce a dalších oblastech. Důležitým aspektem je vzájemná synergie světa mobilních technologií a dotčených firemních procesů a efektivita tohoto vzájemného působení. V článku budou dále popsány základní přístupy servisně orientované architektury (SOA) založené na webových službách a jejich využití při tvorbě mobilních aplikací.
