Ambient Intelligence is a concept envisioning information society in the future. In the ambient world of the near future, interconnected intelligent devices will surround us, at home, work, or while travelling. These devices and their local networks willalso be connected to the outside world through broadband and/or wireless networks. Since the Faculty of Informatics and Management at the University of Hradec Kralove is educating future managers with a strong technological background, its students should be able to define requirements for the structure and behaviour of Ambient intelligence from the point of view of final users. The problem is that AmI is a system with high level of complexity and many related aspects. Therefore, students are taught tosystems thinking and object modelling to be able to comprehend such a complexity. Ambient Intelligence je vize informační společnosti budoucnosti. Koncept předpokládá, že v našem domácím či pracovním prostředí blízké budoucnosti nás budou obklopovat vzájemně propojená inteligentní zařízení. Fakulta informatiky a managementu vychovávábudoucí manažery s výraznou technologickou orientací, a proto by tito studenti měli být schopni definovat požadavky na strukturu a chování ambientně inteligentního prostředí z hlediska koncových uživatelů. Takové prostředí se ovšem vyznačuje výraznou složitostí. Do studijních programů jsou proto zařazeny předměty, které studentům pomohou pracovat s danou složitostí. Článek pojednává o možné podpoře daných předmětů pomocí studijního prostředí WebCT a souvisejících problémech.
