Original language description
Ambient Intelligence applications are designed for large numbers of users who share the same physical environment. Agent-based models and simulations allow us to experiment with populations of heterogeneous agents and therefore represent a promising approach applicable in AmI research. In the paper we introduce the principles of agent-based simulations and we explain the process of simulation experimenting in NetLogo programming environment.
