The use of mobile applications in the business environment in the Czech Republic
Original language description
This article deals with the use of mobile applications in companies in the Czech Republic. Published results, obtained from our own research between 2008 and 2009, serve to answer such questions as: "What areas of business processes are mobile applications most used in the Czech Republic?" The focus was on the business processes relating to the applications used to communicate with customers, to collect data in the field, to manage remote devices and access to a company's internal information systems. The article also describes the need for a strategic approach to the effective establishment and subsequent use of mobile applications. ISSN 1790-5109
