The paper compares solutions of queuing theory problems using classical methods with solutions based on multiagent systems. The service completion strategies are evaluated according to the cost and time needed for execution of service demands in the system. Adaptivity of the service nodes to changes in the network, particularly changes in the frequency of arrival of service demands, is also simulated.
