Original language description
The unavoidable phenomenon of the contemporary turbulent business environment is linked with the necessity to efficiently use vast amounts of knowledge. In pursuit to manage knowledge and remain competitive as well as profitable, companies aim to employthe concept of knowledge management and its tools. The main objective of the paper is to introduce the methods for the analysis of current knowledge utilization and efficiency of knowledge processes together with the application of knowledge management methods especially in small- and medium-sized enterprises. As a case study, the company AUTOMOBILY Ltd. is analyzed and particular tools are implemented in relation to the discussed issues in the theoretical background. The recommendations and conclusionsare provided and their applicability for various companies is discussed.
