Original language description
In every smart phone there are many sensors able to provide useful information about the behavior of the device owner. An application called Watch Dog has been designed for collecting data from the sensors in a smart phone and sending them to a server for evaluation. The aim of the project is to create an application which would help in recognizing different kinds of situations that are dangerous for the owner such as a fall from the stairs. An alert of the dangerous situation is then transmitted to theremote observer. Data can be also analyzed in order to monitor health status of the user.
