Original language description
Paper deals with the subject of retail core banking services in the Czech Republic. We extend our explorative analysis results from segmentation of major banks’ consumers. Analysis showed progressive consumer share steady increases since 2011 to the detriment of conservative one. Two banks were successful in attracting progressive consumers increasing its share in their consumer portfolio. On the other hand only one of 4 surveyed banks was successful in attracting conservative consumer type.
