Original language description
The paper deals with the interdisciplinary field of developing geography knowledge and digital competences in university students via usability testing of geography websites by students themselves. The paper brings description of the process of website analysis from first impression, through specially tailored tasks, evaluation based on the level of satisfaction to the final recommendations. Suitability and potential pitfalls of incorporation of such an innovative didactic method into the educational process of Cultural Studies subject of Tourism management is discussed.
