This paper deals with the issue of migration from the systemic thinking point of view. The scientific discipline of systemic thinking and the development of migration within the Czech Republic is presented. This paper also includes the perspectives on how the population will develop in terms of the composition of indigenous people and foreigners. These data are then put into the context of the evolution of healthcare payments and predict their development, assuming the current demographic trends are maintained.
