The Phenomenality of Sovereignty in the Context of Phenomenology of the Political
Original language description
In presented paper, focus lies on covering possible interconnectedness between the concept of political as was grounded by Carl Schmitt and the concept of phenomenological sociology as was drafted by Alfred Schütz. Both authors have many common arguments regarding social interactions nd grounding of identity and self-consciousness in them, mainly due to inspiration of both authors in philosophy of Hegel. Thus, ways of their possible inspiration are also shown during the paper with special aim on presenting possibilities of contemporary applications of interconnectedness between chmitt and Schütz (and Hegel).
