Original language description
This paper deals with new approaches in engineering education, regarding dramatic development information and communication technologies and possibilities of usage alternative educational methods in lessons. There are presented main principles in creation learning organisation, and system approaches in education. The new approaches to teaching will not automatically replace the old approach. The university administration must take steps to establish a suitable climate for change before any significant change can take place. In engineering education is an ability that in student-centered classes student's skills can be learned and improved with practice. With modern ICT and increasing information literacy, the informations and knowledge can be shared and effective used.
