Transfer of information in closed regulated circuit in minimally invasive surgery
Original language description
Minimally invasive surgery is performed by surgeon with the various instruments that are introduced into the patient´s body by laparoscopic method. The surgery can be viewed as a closed regulated circuit in which the surgeon controls the movements of surgical tools and instruments. The presented paper deals with both the transmission of signals from the surgeon´s action to the individual powerful parts of surgical tool and the feedback, which is represented by the transmission of images from surgical area surgeon eyes. Emphasis is placed on the quality of information transfer, which depends on the quality of surgery.
