Comparison of oximes K203 and K027 based on Benchmark dose analysis of rat diaphragmal acetylcholinesterase reactivation
Original language description
DDVP-inhibited rat diaphragm AChE reactivation by oxime K027/K203 was dose-dependent. Dose-response relationships were described by 4-parameter exponential and Hill models. Maximum size of DDVP-inhibited AChE reactivation by K-oximes was 2.1-fold. Oxime K027 had 5-fold higher relative reactivating potency compared to oxime K203.
