The tradition of the international conference Differential Geometry and its Applications goes back more than 38 years and the current meeting is the 14th one in the series. The conferences take place regularly at one of the Czech universities every three years. The programme was made up of 9 invited plenary lectures delivered by leading specialists in the field, by talks of the participants in 8 sections and the poster session. The Editorial Board meeting of the Elsevier journal Differential Geometry and its Applications took place during the program of the conference.
