Industrial Age Means Industrial Family and Parenthood
Original language description
This paper raises the general question: Is there post-industrial age coming? Authors think that it is not coming. There is opposite trend visible today. There is industrialization process recognisable in topics like education services, health services, social services - pillars of welfare state. Authors see risk in the strong industrialization process. It lies in vaporising roles of family and parenthood. This trend brings ?flexibilization? of families (more flexible families). The main goal ot the paper is to think about reflections and impacts of late modern (late industrial) era on families and parenthood. Family and parenthood becomes ?the risk institution? today.
