Increased leukaemia risk in Czech uranium miners is analyzed in relation to cumulated dose from radon, external gamma and the committed dose from longlived radionuclides from uranium dust according to ICRP models. Mean doses for these components are given and the coefficient of relative risk per sievert is estimated.

Zvýšený výskyt leukémie mezi horníky uranových dolů byl analyzován ve vztahu ke kumulované dávce, zahrnující radon, zevní záření gama a úvazek interní depozice dlohodobých radionuklidů podle modelů ICRP. Jsou uvedeny průměrné dávky odpovídající uvedenýmsložkám a koeficient relativního rizika na 1 sievert.
