Weighted computed tomography kerma index Cw and air kerma lenght product Pkl were obtained from QC measurements and from questionnaires from hospitals for head, abdomen, pelvis, thorax and lumbar spine. Third quartiles of Cw and Pkl distributions were determined and compared with current DRLs in the Czech Republic and in Europe.

Czech description

Vážený kermový index výpočetní tomografie Cw a součin kermy a delky Pkl byly získány ze zkoušek dlouhodobé stability a z dotazníků z nemocnic pro hlavu, hrudník, břicho, bederní páteř a pánev. Stanovené třetí kvartily Cw a Pkl distribucí byly porovnány se současnými diagnostickými referenčními úrovněmi v České Republice a v Evropě.
