    The paper deals about possibility of using external data sources and transformation data to format for OLAP analyzing. The process of transformation is describe to be able create loading data to contingent table that imports data to external program foranalyzing time series .External program of simulator neural network type RBF executes learning from part of data and next process of analyzing of data. The theory of learning scatter search neural network is described. This architecture improves decisionprocess in business modeling.
