Some authors characterize the innovation process as a chaotic process, the second part of the authors has rather the view that this process should be driven. Whether it is any view, the innovation process is an essential element in promoting changes in society and the individual regions. Innovative efforts in most cases is associated only with the achievement of significant growth in all areas. The following article deals in particular that the involvement of high school as an innovative facilitator operating in a regional environment and the possibility of central bank offers and demands of the tasks of the possible solutions.
