Clearly, conditions in Central Europe is the time standard behavior of owners. There begins to manifest undeniable pressure of global competition. It shows the need to radically change the approach to business processes, especially pricing and the use ofinformation. A new generation of managers is approaching who can effectively distinguish between flexibility and chaos. The real flexibility of the company can only be achieved perfect by information processing. Very important for every foreign investorare the conditions for its investment in the host country. In this paper I am describing business conditions of foreign companies in the Czech Republic as an example I have chosen American and Japanese business company.
