The aim of this article is point out at the impact of national system of occupations project which is realized in Slovak republic in years 2011 and 2012. The future of NSO is to create a platform for co-operation development between the education systemcreators and players on the labour market. Secondary school graduates will be more able to fulfill the requirements of employers. Demand and supply of labour force will more cooperate because of employers requirement will be accepted in the curriculum offuture graduates.
