The subject of the article issues a single product market regulation with precious metals. Currently there is a single market for goods in precious metals harmonized and countries in the area subject to the rules on mutual recognition. In the area of investment gold (coins) exists in the framework of the VAT exemption from paying VAT. Article discusses the problems and risks associated with trading of precious metals. It outlines the possible solution.
