The virtual conference was held on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of academician prof. R.I. Chasbulatov, Dr.Sc., The Head of the Department of the global economy, Russia, G.V. Plekhanov University of Economics in Moscow. The conference was held under the auspices of the Rector of EPI, Ltd. Mr. H. prof. Ing. OldrichKratochvil, Ph.D., PhD., MBA, Dr.hc, the expert guarantor of the conference was Prof.Ing. J. Sláma PhD. The conference was organized into two sections. Section No. 1 was conducted under the title of "Optimization Methods". Section No. 2 was held under the name of "Soft Computing". The articles were reviewed and the review was done by Mr. Doc. Ing. J. Dočkal, PhD. and Mr. Doc. Ing. R. Harťanský, Ph.D.
