This seminar freely follows two previous EGEE seminars. The primary aim of this seminar is to inform broad user community of high-performance/throughput computing with actual state concerning solving of the EGEE project and with planned follow-up projectEGEE II, respectively. There will be demos of several tools (CHARON system, P-GRADE portal) already available to users for comfortable and routine work in the EGEE Grid environment. The participants of the seminar will be allowed to test these tools during practical hands-on exercises.

Czech description

Tento seminář volně navazuje na dva předchozí EGEE semináře. Primárním cílem tohoto semináře je seznámit širokou uživatelskou komunitu výkonného počítání s aktuálním stavem řešení projektu EGEE resp. s plánovaným návazným projektem EGEE II. Součástí semináře budou demonstrace řady nástrojů (systém CHARON, portál P-GRADE) dostupných uživatelům pro pohodlnou a rutinní práci v prostředí EGEE Gridu, které si sami účastníci kurzu budou moci osobně vyzkoušet.
