With the growing number of SIP implementation islands, authentication and authorization issues in interdomain SIP communication are gaining more attention. In order to fully exploit SIP islands possibilities they need to communicate directly over IP. Howcan we convince institutions to open their SIP implementations for inbound SIP calls? We need to present a trusted interdomain communication model that does not rely on predefined tunnels or a hierarchy such as GDS.

Czech description

S rosotoucím počtem SIP implemetací získává otázka autentizace a autorizace v mezidoménovém prostředí na důležitosti. Abychom plně využili potenciál ostrůvků SIP implementací je třeba aby tyto mezi sebou komunikovali přímo po IP. Ja ale přesvědčit instituce aby otevřeli své sitě příchozím hovorům? Je třeba představit důvěryhodný komunikční model který nezávisí na předdefinovaných tunelech nebo hierarchii jakou je například GDS.
