    The MetaCenter is both Czech national Grid and supercomputing infrastructure and a research project focused on sustainable advancement of this infrastructure. We describe a research activity bringing virtual network service to MetaCenter. It covers the reasons for implementing VirtCloud, system for managing virtual networks, expected use-cases, design and implementation constraints and interaction with other services (management of virtual machines, batch systems, network core, security and others). Thepaper is concluded by the first experiences with experimental deployment of the MetaCenter virtual networks.
