The presented system is an enhancement of an existing platform based on SIP protocol and allows end users to get information that were entered by the operator as text in the form of interactive voice dialog created with the use of VoiceXML and processedby Text-to-Speech module. Basic operation of the VoiceXML module provides a way for fast and efficient information exchange, which is essential in any emergency situation.
