The contribution continues the article presented on Ingeneering mechanics, in which the principle of the range measurement by a passive optoelectronic rangefinder (POED) was explained. The first version of simulation computer program Test POED was also described there, including the first simulation results. The program functions to simulate working of the range channel of the passive optoelectronic rangefinder, i.e. it simulates the process of range measurement of a target. The basic information aboutnew improved version of the program Test POED is presented in this paper.

Příspěvek navazuje na článek prezentovaný na Inženýrské mechanice 2007, ve kterém byl objasněn princip měření dálky pasivním optoelektronickým dálkoměrem (POED) a popsána výchozí verze programu Test POED včetně uveřejnění prvních výsledků simulací. Program slouží k simulaci činnosti kanálu dálky POED, tedy k simulaci procesu měření dálky cíle. V tomto příspěvku uvádíme základní informace o zdokonalené verzi programu Test POED.
