Original language description
During development of the passive optoelectronic rangefinder (POERF), its simulation model enacts an important role. The key part of algorithm for a range measurement of POERF is the disparity estimation of images T´1 and T´2 of a target point T from thestereo pair images. Specific conditions of this task do not allow using commonly published algorithms for the solution of streo-correspondence problem without substantial modifications. Simultaneously, readily available databases of reference stereo-pair images (as for example Middlebury Stereo Database) are not proper for requisite simulation experiments. In this regards, we were obliged to create own database - the Catalogue of Targets (wtih stereo-pairs images of selected convenient objects) and anappropriate simulation testing software - the program RAWdis.
