Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome risk ? analysis of unsuccessful results using data mining methods
Original language description
Introduction: Development of explorative computer data analysis of unsuccessful results of ?ovarian stimulation stage? of assisted reproduction (AR) cycle using the system for data mining SHLUK. Study analysis of clinical data through method ACETN focuson reasons of unsuccessful results. Materials: Analyzed file included data about 12 527 AR cycles on Dept. of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Masaryk University, Brno. Conditions conduced to development of ovarian hyperstimulating syndrom (OHSS ? 2 456 cases? 19,6 %) were analyzed. Methods: The cases of successful and unsuccessful results was individualy tested by ACETN method which try to find statistically significant differences between input attributes of ?ovarian stimulation stage?. The differences between input attributes was statistically tested and significant relations was showed. Results: Significantly higher development of OHSS was found by patients under 25 years old. Significantly higher development of OHSS was found by patient
