Multiple myeloma (MM) was considered as low immunogenic incurable disease. The attempts were made to invert the immune status to recognize myeloma cells by cell sof the immune systém.Here we studied biology of myeloma-specific T cells in vitro.

Mnohočetný myelom (MM) je pokládán za neléčitené a málo imunogenní onemocnění. Byly učiněny pokusy změnit imunitní stav tak, aby byly rozpoznány myelomové buňky prostřednictvím buněk vlastního imunitního systému. V našem projektu jsme in vitro studovalibiologii myelom-specifických T buněk.
