Analysis of circadian rhythm influence to the heart rate turbulence in groups of patients without structural heart disease and with left ventricular dysfunction post myocardial infarction
Original language description
The significant circadian patterns of heart rate turbulence were found in patients without structural heart disease, in patients after myocardial infarction and patients with chronic heart failure. The capture interval of ventricular premature beats cause significant variability of HRT inside the groups of patients. The optimal time interval for HRT measurement is between 10 and 14 hours.
