    Autoimmune pancreatitis is a form of chronic pancreatitis. The disease is characterised with clinical, serological, histomorphological and imaging features. Autoimmune pancreatitis is frequently connected with other autoimmune diseases. In the therapy the steroids are indicated. Long-term prognosis of this disease is still unclear.

    Autoimunitní pankreatitida je jednou z forem chronické pankreatitidy. Nemoc je charakterizována klinickými, histomorfologickými, serologickými a zobrazovacími kriterii. Vyskytuje se s dalšími autoimunními nemocemi a její terapie spočívá v aplikaci steroidů. Prognoza stále není dostatečně známá.
